Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination zone, and quantity. We use USPS Ground Advantage and equivalent carriers for domestic and international shipments. Rates are not fixed and reflect the actual cost of shipping your order.

• United States: Weight-based, starting around $13–$15 for standard packages.
• Canada & Mexico: Calculated by weight bracket at checkout.
• International: Calculated by weight bracket at checkout.
• Free shipping: Orders reaching the promotional threshold ship free (shown at checkout when eligible).

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 2–5 business days
• Canada & Mexico: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing may delay international shipments beyond these ranges.

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

ROCA WORLD FITNESS is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim and resolve the issue.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not able to reroute packages once they have shipped. Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address require additional shipping charges to resend.
